The stylish interior of Fuggles Brasserie has been designed to highlight the hotels
significant history. Built in 1565 The Feathers was originally a coaching inn for the royal
mail fleet travelling from Cheltenham to Aberwystwyth. The area where Fuggles has been created would have primarily been the stables for the tired and weary horses. A fact now recognised by the decorative horse brasses and the many weary travelers who can be seen resting and watering themselves in the relaxing enviroment.
